Ülevaade
Uurimisgrupp keskendub kolmele omavahel seotud uurimissuunale: (a) hierarhiliselt struktureeritud multifunktsionaalsed komposiidid, sealhulgas elektrijuhtivusega keraamilised materjalid; anisotroopsed keraamika- põhised funktsinaalgradientmaterjalid; hierarhiliselt struktureeritud komposiidid; bioloogiliselt inspireeritud konstruktsioonmaterjalid; mesopoorsed materjalid; keraamilised nanokiud; grafeenitud nanokiududega komposiitmaterjalid; keraamilised membraanid; (b) kõrgtemperatuursed tribo-komposiidid, (c) keraamika- baasil pulbrid selektiivseks laserpaagutamiseks (SLS) kihtlisandustehnoloogias sealhulgas gradientstruktureeritud pulbrid ja komposiitpulbrid keraamika–põhiste komposiitide selektiivseks laserpaagutamiseks; iselevikõrgtemperatuursüntees (SHS); mehaaniline legeerimine; funktsionaliseerimine; termotöötlus.
Tähtsamad tulemused
2023. a tulemused: ülimat edu on saavutatud komposiitmaterjalide ja gradientstruktuuride projekteerimisel, arendamisel, tootmisel ja modelleerimisel, kasutades pulbermetallurgia ja lisandite tootmise lähenemisviise. Esimest korda viidi läbi pika luu kriitilise suurusega defektide implantaatide biomimeetiline disain. See töö pakub uut lähenemisviisi luu jäljendava implantaadi disainile. Esmakordselt on selektiivse lasersulatamise teel toodetud ja arvuliselt uuritud Ti6Al4Vmade Split-P kolmekordselt perioodilisi minimaalseid pinnastruktuure. Näidati, et Ti6Al4V Split-P võred, millel on kõrgeim pindala ja pindala ja ruumala suhe teiste TPMS-ide hulgas, võivad saavutada trabekulaarsete ja kortikaalsete luude omadele lähedased mehaanilised omadused, muutes need sobivaks kandvate luude implantaatide jaoks. Luurakenduste jaoks mõeldud hüdroksüapatiidi gradient Voronoi poorsete karkasside optimaalsete mehaaniliste omaduste hindamiseks on läbi viidud arvuline uuring, kuna koetehnoloogias on ebaregulaarsetel Voronoi-põhistel võre (IVL) struktuuridel märkimisväärne potentsiaal luude regenereerimiseks. See uuring lubab kiirendada luude taastumist ja vähendada operatsioonijärgseid tüsistusi luu asendamise rakendustes. On välja töötatud uudsed grafeenipõhised neeldumismaterjalid, mida saab otse integreerida terahertsi lainejuhisüsteemidesse. Välja on töötatud CVD nanokristallilised mitmekihilised grafeeniga kaetud 3D-prinditud alumiiniumoksiidi võred. Need struktuurid avavad uusi võimalusi grafeeni/keraamiliste komposiitide kasutusala laiendamiseks tingimustes, mis nõuavad erineva kujuga dielektrilisi substraate, mis on kaetud hea struktuurse stabiilsusega juhtivate kilede või grafeenipõhiste katalüütiliste tugedega.
