Overview
The main topic of the research group is related tothe identification of fundamental aspects of lipidand lipoprotein metabolism. The main focus ofthe study is on the mechanisms of regulation oflipases and lipoxygenases. We have competenceand experience in the study of the structure andproperties of proteins, in the analysis of biomolecular interactions, in enzymology and in theanalysis of lipids. In our research we use massspectrometry, chromatography, calorimetry, surface plasmon resonance and fluorescence-basedtechnologies.
