Usaldusväärsete arvutisüsteemide keskuse uurimistöö põhisuunad hõlmavad laia teemade ringi digitaalsüsteemide (k.a. mitme- ja paljutuumalised süsteemid) projekteerimise, usaldusväärsuse, verifitseerimise ja testimise vallast.
